Having the right tutor makes all the difference! No program or approach will help your child unless your child connects with his/her tutor. Our tutors have decades of experience of working with hundreds of children and are intimately familiar with the state standards and the verbiage used in old and new curricula, but none of that matters if your child is not comfortable and open to learning! Our personable tutors get to know each student and keep the sessions lively so that students have fun and don't even realize they are learning. It's not unusual to meet a child who is reluctant to attend his/her first session, yet come out of the assessment asking when they get to come back and start tutoring! We are on a mission to eradicate the phrase, "I hate ___(insert subject)," and foster a love of learning in each of our students! Lauren Raymundo Kelly

started Top Flight Tutoring because she saw the need for high-quality personalized tutoring that kids actually enjoy while learning by leaps and bounds. She has a passion for education and creatively finds ways to make her classes multi-sensory, hands-on, fun, and engaging. You can find Lauren hiking on the trails, traveling and playing in nature, and teaching her two daughters. Lauren attended UC Berkeley and studied Engineering and Math and has been tutoring for almost 25 years!
